Meet Katie
Katie, mama of 5 and Doula, serves the San Antonio, Texas area. Her journey is one of inexplicable joy and heartbreak as her first born, a baby girl named Dylan, died when she was 6 days old. Finding community in pregnancy and infant loss support groups, she quickly realized her calling into the birth world. Katie strives to provide comfort and compassion to fellow parents both in loss and in life. She walks a delicate balance in her life understanding that nothing is guaranteed. This understanding helps her give herself fully to her family at home and families she supports in their journey bringing babies into this world. Birth is meant to move us, Katie is incredibly grateful witnessing this transformative adventure.
